Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for mobile applications, from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure alignment and feasibility.
- Present and articulate design solutions and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all mobile products.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile UX/UI design.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, specifically for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Expert proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful mobile application UX projects and design process.
- In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Proven experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
