Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and contextual inquiries, to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
  • Translate user research findings and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Facilitate and lead Design Thinking workshops and ideation sessions with cross-functional teams to generate innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product strategy, requirements, and design specifications.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital products.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices (e.g., WCAG).
  • Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions.
  • Stay informed about the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles and solutions.
  • Expertise in Design Thinking methodologies and their practical application.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Solid understanding of user research methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong command of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a remote, distributed team.
