Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute a wide range of user research activities, including qualitative (e.g., in-depth interviews, usability testing, ethnographic studies) and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, A/B testing analysis).
  • Identify key user needs, pain points, motivations, and behaviors through rigorous research, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to integrate user insights effectively.
  • Develop and maintain research roadmaps aligned with product strategy and business objectives.
  • Present research findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Advocate for the user in all product discussions, fostering a user-centric culture within the team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our research methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior researchers and share knowledge across the design and product teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, research innovations, and emerging technologies in UX research and talent acquisition.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a UX Researcher or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B product environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Figma (for prototyping/mockups), and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence product decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups and building strong collaborative relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • Experience with remote research methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment technology or HR Tech industry.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SPSS) for quantitative data interpretation.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and impactful research contributions.
