As a UX/UI Designer at Career.zycto, you will be instrumental in every stage of the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development lifecycle.
- Present and defend design choices to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into iterative design processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Translate conceptual ideas into practical and user-friendly design solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and processes.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation for UI.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
