Key Responsibilities

- Maintain meticulous records of vaccinations administered, including data entry into digital systems.
- Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments and providing patients with necessary post-vaccination information.
- Prepare vaccination stations, ensuring all necessary supplies (vaccines, needles, forms) are readily available.
- Monitor and manage inventory of clinic supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent stock shortages.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including filing, photocopying, and handling phone inquiries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with privacy regulations.
