Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
- Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated areas in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and provide directional information as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet parking area, ensuring optimal flow.
- Accurately document vehicle condition upon receipt and return, noting any existing damage.
- Operate both standard (manual) and automatic transmission vehicles with proficiency and care.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, parking regulations, and company safety policies.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, client staff, and other service personnel.
Required Skills
- Valid German driver's license (Class B or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of recent, professional driving experience.
- Excellent driving record with no major violations (proof required).
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles with confidence.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in German is preferred; English language skills are a significant plus.

- Physical ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods and retrieve vehicles quickly.
