Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and courteously open vehicle doors.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles, operating a variety of vehicle types including manual and automatic transmissions.
- Issue and collect valet tickets, accurately recording vehicle locations and customer information.
- Assist guests with luggage and other belongings as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area and main entrance, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or vehicle damage.
- Provide guests with local directions, recommendations, and general information.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support guest service excellence.
Required Skills
- Valid German Class B driver's license (or equivalent EU license) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to confidently operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic German language skills (B1 level or higher).
- Familiarity with the Schwerin area and local attractions.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, even outside of hospitality.
