Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, opening vehicle doors and offering assistance.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet parking area, ensuring optimal traffic flow.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and other belongings.
- Provide accurate directions and information about local attractions, dining, and facility amenities.
- Handle car keys securely and maintain an organized key system.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Perform vehicle checks for pre-existing damage upon acceptance and report any incidents.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred, but not required for initial hiring).
