Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and belongings as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet parking area.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with guests, addressing inquiries and providing directions.
- Ensure the security of guest vehicles and keys at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Report any vehicle damage or guest concerns promptly to management.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) Driver's License in good standing.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (training provided for manual if needed).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and lift light to moderate weights for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Vernon, British Columbia area and local landmarks.
