Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough property inspections, assess physical and functional attributes, and identify factors impacting value.
- Perform in-depth market research and analysis of economic trends, supply and demand dynamics, and comparable transactions.
- Apply various valuation methodologies (e.g., DCF, comparable sales, cost approach) to different property types.
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book, HypZert, and other relevant national/international standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market conditions, legal frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Liaise with clients, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and clarify valuation parameters.
- Present valuation findings to clients and internal teams, clearly articulating methodologies, assumptions, and conclusions.
- Manage multiple valuation assignments simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of valuation processes and internal databases.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Valuer in the real estate sector (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and valuation methodologies.
