Key Responsibilities
- Operate company vans safely and efficiently to transport goods to designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service, adhering to scheduled deadlines.
- Load and unload goods with care, ensuring proper handling and securing of items to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, records of merchandise, and vehicle maintenance reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and internal teams regarding delivery status or potential delays.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Career.zycto professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse tasks as needed, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Valid California Class C Driver's License.
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3-5 years).
- Proven ability to operate a commercial van safely and professionally.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical capability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Proficiency in using GPS devices and navigation applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
