Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in performing comprehensive vehicle diagnostic tests using specialized equipment and software.
- Accurately record diagnostic findings, observations, and recommended repair actions in digital systems.
- Conduct initial inspections and preliminary assessments of vehicle issues reported by customers.
- Support the repair process by retrieving relevant technical information, diagrams, and service bulletins.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and component replacements as directed by senior staff.
- Maintain diagnostic tools and equipment in excellent working condition, ensuring calibration and cleanliness.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with automotive technologies and diagnostic methods.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and environmental regulations within the workshop.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status and repair progress.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in an automotive workshop or similar technical environment.
- Basic understanding of vehicle electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Familiarity with common diagnostic tools (e.g., OBD-II scanners, multimeters).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
