Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, from selection and on-boarding to performance monitoring and off-boarding.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with new and existing vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting regular reviews.
- Identify and implement strategies for cost optimization and efficiency improvements within the vendor network.
- Resolve vendor-related issues, disputes, and service delivery challenges in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure all vendor contracts and documentation are accurate, current, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, finance, legal) to align vendor strategies with business needs.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of vendor information, contracts, and performance records.
- Prepare regular reports on vendor performance, spending, and compliance for management review.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
