Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking a passionate and driven Entry-Level Video Editor to join our growing creative team in Plaine Verte, Port Louis. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in editing raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various platforms (social media, website, presentations, etc.).
- Apply basic color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics to enhance video quality and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts for video projects.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and easy retrieval of files.
- Incorporate feedback from team leads and stakeholders to refine edits and meet project objectives.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends, techniques, and software advancements.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Perform quality control checks on all exported videos to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic understanding of video production principles and post-production workflows.
- Foundational knowledge of storytelling through visual media.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
