In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of video production post-capture. This includes everything from initial concept review and asset organization to meticulous editing, sound design, color grading, motion graphics, and final delivery. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and design teams to understand project objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience insights. Your creative input will be highly valued as you contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer innovative solutions to visual challenges.
Our ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of rhythm and pacing, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling principles. You should be proficient in industry-standard editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and comfortable working with various video formats and codecs. Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various platforms (social media, website, presentations, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to understand project requirements and creative vision.
- Implement motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to enhance video quality and impact.
- Perform color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency and brand adherence.
- Manage and organize media assets, ensuring efficient workflow and proper archiving.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements.
- Ensure all videos meet technical specifications and brand guidelines for final delivery.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, pacing, and storytelling
