You will manage the entire video production lifecycle, working independently and collaboratively with our marketing, content, and product teams. We are seeking someone who can not only operate the camera and editing suite with finesse but also contribute strategically to script development, storyboard creation, and post-production refinement. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of current video trends, and the ability to adapt to diverse project requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full video production lifecycle from conceptualization and pre-production to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and other internal teams to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling video strategies.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage both on-site and potentially off-site.
- Perform advanced video editing, motion graphics, color correction, and sound design using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and archiving practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in video production to continually enhance our content quality and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines within a flexible work schedule.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video production, including shooting and editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video production work (e.g., corporate, marketing, documentary, explainer videos).
- Excellent understanding of video aesthetics, storytelling, composition, and pacing.
- Experience with various camera systems, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines effectively within a flexible work environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.
