Are you a passionate and skilled Videographer with a keen eye for detail and a knack for visual storytelling? NCB is seeking a dynamic and creative Full-Time Videographer to join our dedicated Production Team in Mandeville, Manchester. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in conceptualising, capturing, and producing compelling video content that brings our brand stories to life. From high-impact marketing campaigns and internal communications to corporate events and educational initiatives, your work will be vital in engaging our diverse audiences across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, communications, and various business units to translate their objectives into visually stunning and effective video productions. This role requires not just technical proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear, but also a strong understanding of narrative structure, aesthetic composition, and post-production workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for a variety of purposes, including marketing campaigns, corporate events, internal communications, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences, translating briefs into effective visual narratives.
- Operate and maintain professional video cameras, lighting equipment, audio recording devices, and other production tools.
- Manage all aspects of post-production, including video editing, colour correction, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects using industry-standard software.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts in alignment with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand standards, legal requirements, and best practices for various distribution channels.
- Organise and manage video assets, including footage archiving and metadata tagging.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in videography and digital media.
- Provide technical support and guidance on video-related matters to team members as needed.
- Travel to various locations across Jamaica as required for shoots, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in professional video cameras (e.g., DSLRs, mirrorless, cinema cameras) and related accessories.
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques for various shooting environments (studio, outdoor, event).
- Solid knowledge of audio recording and mixing principles.
- Ability to tell compelling stories through visual media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.
