Job Description

Skyview Digital Marketing is seeking a talented and highly motivated Videographer & Video Editor to join our creative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing engaging video content that captivates audiences and effectively communicates our clients’ brand messages. From corporate profiles and product showcases to social media campaigns and event coverage, you will be instrumental in all stages of video production, ensuring every piece of content meets our high standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from pre-production to post-production, aligning with client briefs and marketing objectives.
  • Operate professional video cameras, lighting equipment, audio recording devices, and other related gear to capture high-quality footage.
  • Perform comprehensive video editing tasks, including footage assembly, transitions, motion graphics, visual effects, color grading, and sound design using industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate effectively with creative directors, marketing strategists, and clients to ensure video content meets brand guidelines and project goals.
  • Manage and organize all video assets, including raw footage, project files, and final deliverables, ensuring efficient workflow and archiving.
  • Stay current with the latest videography and video editing trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance production quality.
  • Prepare video content in various formats optimized for different digital platforms (e.g., social media, websites, presentations).
  • Oversee video content review cycles, incorporating feedback efficiently to finalize projects.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.
  • Expertise in operating professional video cameras (e.g., DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras) and associated equipment (lighting, microphones, stabilizers).
  • Solid understanding of videography principles including composition, lighting techniques, audio recording, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications for various digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative flair, attention to detail, and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience with motion graphics and 2D/3D animation software.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and how video content contributes to overall campaign success.
  • Experience with drone operation and aerial videography (with relevant certification if applicable).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflows.
  • Ability to develop original concepts and scripts for video productions.
