Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-production planning, including location scouting, equipment preparation, and client consultations for both wedding and promotional shoots.
- Operate professional video cameras, drones, audio recording devices, and lighting equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Direct subjects and talent on set to achieve desired outcomes and expressions.
- Capture authentic and candid moments during events while maintaining a professional and unobtrusive presence.
- Perform comprehensive post-production, including video editing, colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration using industry-standard software.
- Incorporate music, voiceovers, graphics, and special effects to enhance storytelling and production value.
- Ensure all delivered content meets client specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, other videographers, photographers, and creative team members.
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot video production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest videography trends, techniques, and software advancements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing both wedding and promotional work.
- Expert proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience with professional video cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, colour theory, and cinematic techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, polished content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Valid UK driving license and access to reliable transportation for travel to various shoot locations.

- Degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience with drone operation and aerial videography (UAV license preferred).
