Key Responsibilities
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting, and audio recording equipment to capture high-quality footage at weddings, corporate events, and promotional shoots.
- Direct subjects, manage on-set environments, and provide clear instructions to achieve desired visual aesthetics and narrative outcomes.
- Perform comprehensive post-production editing, including colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with clients and the internal team to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists that align with project goals and client expectations.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Conduct thorough pre-production planning, including location scouting, equipment checks, and scheduling.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on all videography and editing equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Stay abreast of the latest videography trends, techniques, software updates, and equipment advancements.
- Liaise effectively with clients throughout the production process, providing updates and incorporating feedback professionally.
- Efficiently organize, archive, and manage all raw footage and final project files.
- Travel to various locations within London and surrounding areas for shoots, often requiring flexible hours, including weekends.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing, specifically in weddings and promotional content.
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- In-depth knowledge of camera operation, manual settings, various lighting techniques, and professional audio recording.
- Demonstrable strong storytelling abilities through visual media, with a compelling portfolio to showcase your work.
- Ability to work independently, make critical decisions on set, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a keen eye for composition, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.

- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for equipment transport and travel to diverse shoot locations.

- Advanced knowledge of colour grading and sound mixing principles.
- Proficiency in 3D animation software or advanced motion graphics techniques.
- Familiarity with various professional camera systems (e.g., Sony, Canon, Panasonic, Blackmagic Design).
- Experience managing client relationships and project timelines from inception to delivery.
