Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for weddings, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and sound recording devices.
- Conduct pre-production planning, including storyboard development, shot lists, and location scouting.
- Perform post-production tasks such as video editing, color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision, provide creative consultation, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
- Manage and organize media assets, ensuring efficient workflow and archiving.
- Maintain and troubleshoot videography equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest videography trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high artistic and technical standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing wedding and promotional work.
- Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Expertise in camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license and access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Familiarity with drone operation for aerial videography (CAA PfCO/A2 CofC desirable).
- Proficiency in still photography is a plus.
