Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, high-touch assistance to VIP guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Manage and coordinate complex itineraries, including travel, accommodation, dining, and entertainment arrangements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for VIP inquiries, offering timely and accurate information and solutions.
  • Facilitate seamless check-ins, departures, and transitions for VIP guests, ensuring a smooth and luxurious experience.
  • Handle special requests with efficiency and discretion, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments and external vendors to deliver integrated guest services.
  • Maintain meticulous records of guest preferences and interactions to personalize future services.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of exclusive events and functions for VIP clientele.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably with VIP clientele.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications
