Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-arrival preparations, including inspecting VIP suites and arranging welcome amenities.
- Provide a private and personalized check-in and check-out experience, bypassing the main reception.
- Act as a personal concierge, handling dinner reservations, transport bookings, and entertainment requests.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding guest identities and activities.
- Respond instantly to guest inquiries or requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Liaise with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure specific dietary or room preferences are met.
- Escort VIP guests to facilities within the hotel, such as the spa, gym, or conference centers.
- Resolve any service issues immediately with a calm and diplomatic approach.
Required Skills
- Impeccable grooming and a highly professional presentation.
