Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, and custom elements based on design briefs, sketches, and reference images.
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renders and visualisations using industry-standard rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer).
- Apply appropriate textures, materials, and lighting to 3D models to achieve realistic and aesthetically pleasing visualisations.
- Collaborate effectively with lead designers to understand project requirements and translate conceptual ideas into tangible 3D representations.
- Manage and maintain a library of 3D models, textures, and materials for efficient project workflow.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly and accurately to refine models and renders.
- Assist in creating virtual walkthroughs and interactive presentations for client reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in 3D modelling and rendering technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or Revit.
- Strong experience with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Lumion.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, texturing, and material application in 3D environments.
- Ability to interpret 2D plans, sketches, and design specifications into accurate 3D models.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing high-quality interior architectural visualisations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) for post-production editing.
