Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and virtual events across different time zones.
  • Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle email management, prioritize communications, and ensure timely responses or escalations.
  • Perform data entry, maintain databases, and manage digital filing systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with project coordination, track deadlines, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct research, compile information, and prepare summary reports as needed for various projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements for team members (virtual bookings, itineraries) when necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.

Required Skills
