Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with various stakeholders.
  • Prepare and meticulously edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring high accuracy and professional formatting.
  • Organize and maintain sophisticated digital filing systems, guaranteeing data integrity, security, and easy accessibility for the team.
  • Coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings, including setting up conference calls, managing invitations, preparing detailed agendas, and drafting concise minutes.
  • Handle comprehensive email management, filtering, prioritizing, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, meticulously preparing expense reports, and processing invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct in-depth online research and compile information as needed for various ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring smooth information flow across the organization.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Administrative Assistant or similar remote support role (minimum 3 years).
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong emphasis on professional etiquette.
