Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and organizing digital files and documents, ensuring easy accessibility and proper categorization.

- Conduct online research on various topics, compiling and summarizing information effectively.

- Collaborate with other team members virtually to ensure seamless workflow and project completion.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Basic understanding of digital communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
