Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including professional email correspondence and phone calls.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various databases and systems.
  • Assist with client relationship management by scheduling follow-ups and preparing client-specific documentation.
  • Organize and manage digital files and documents, ensuring easy accessibility and proper version control.
  • Research and compile information as needed to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping support tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice preparation.
  • Provide technical support for remote meeting platforms and general office software.
  • Proactively identify and address administrative needs to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar remote support role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, professional home office setup.
