Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal time management for leadership.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritizing communications, and drafting professional responses as needed, ensuring timely follow-up.

- Coordinate virtual meetings and conferences, including setting up technology, preparing comprehensive agendas, and accurately distributing meeting minutes.

- Assist with accurate data entry, meticulous record-keeping, and general administrative tasks to support departmental functions and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
