Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads thoroughly and accurately, ensuring they meet specific criteria before passing to sales executives.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for senior sales team members, managing calendars effectively.
  • Maintain and update client information and interactions meticulously within the CRM system.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve departmental goals.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure a seamless and efficient sales cycle.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and value propositions to effectively communicate with prospects.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales support, lead generation, or customer service, preferably in a virtual setting.
