Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social selling).
  • Conduct engaging virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, customer success, and product development teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and new product offerings to identify potential opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and pipeline status to management.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in virtual or inside sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) for managing leads, opportunities, and client data.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successfully securing new business.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively and autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, identify pain points, and present tailored solutions.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities to manage multiple clients and tasks.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) for presentations and meetings.
