Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, providing a positive first impression.
- Assist visitors with general inquiries, providing accurate information about the venue, exhibits, programs, and local amenities.
- Manage ticket sales, admissions, and membership processing efficiently and accurately.
- Provide wayfinding assistance and directions to various points of interest within the botanical garden.
- Handle visitor feedback, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception/information area.
- Distribute promotional materials, maps, and guides to visitors.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive visitor experience.
- Assist with special events or group bookings as required.
- Stay informed about all offerings, updates, and safety protocols of the botanical garden.
