Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and explaining daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicating any special requests or dietary restrictions clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are consistently met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, anticipating and proactively responding to their needs and inquiries.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit card, and other transactions responsibly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, service stations, and surrounding environments.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the dining room efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and discretion, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

- Previous experience (6+ months) in a full-service restaurant or similar hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Knowledge of various food and beverage menus, including common allergens and dietary considerations.
- Basic knowledge of wine and beverage service, including recommendations and pairings.
- Current food hygiene certification or willingness to obtain one quickly.
