Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them comfortably upon arrival.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations with confidence.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary requirements.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and gracefully, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required for evening shifts.
