Job Description
Blue Mountain Inn is urgently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Waiter to join our dynamic front-of-house team with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up tables and clearing them efficiently.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the restaurant.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items where appropriate, showcasing knowledge of our offerings.
