Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, providing knowledgeable recommendations and answering questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to special requests or concerns, ensuring a personalized dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, including table setup, condiment replenishment, and post-service clearing.
- Process payments accurately using our POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including restocking, cleaning, and preparing for the next service.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or lounge environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy service periods.

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
