Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly to tables, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs and special requests throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Clear tables and assist with dishwashing duties as needed.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
