Key Responsibilities

  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up dining areas and preparing for service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a polite and helpful demeanor.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Continuously learn about new menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers.
