Job Description
As a Waitress at Giraffe Manor, you will be a key ambassador of our exceptional service, working in an environment where luxury meets conservation. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service to guests in our dining areas, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any dining-related issues with professionalism and grace.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other service team members.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to hotel policies.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, enhancing their unique Giraffe Manor experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Waitress/Waiter in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and active listening.

- Impeccable personal presentation and hygiene standards.
