Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival and seat them appropriately.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and attend to any additional needs or requests.
- Process payments efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Clear tables, clean dining areas, and assist with setting up for the next service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining environment.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
