Key Responsibilities
- Assist waitstaff in setting up and clearing tables efficiently before, during, and after service hours.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary condiments, cutlery, and glassware.
- Replenish water glasses, take beverage orders, and serve drinks to guests accurately and promptly.
- Support the main waitstaff by delivering food orders from the kitchen to tables with attention to presentation.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with a positive and helpful attitude, escalating complex issues to senior staff.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance in accordance with company guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Perform basic cleaning duties, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping designated areas.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation of F&B items as required.
