Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, using a POS system if applicable.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all service standards.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and tidiness, clearing tables and resetting them as needed.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other dining hall personnel to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with patience and escalate to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of dining hall supplies as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and service.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Waitstaff, Server, or in a similar customer service role.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one upon hire).
