Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming warehouse shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
- Verify product quantities and quality upon receipt and before dispatch.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using appropriate handling techniques.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and any potential issues.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Anaheim Hills facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment (certification a plus).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Previous experience with inventory control procedures.
