Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against invoices and purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
- Efficiently store goods in designated areas, ensuring proper labelling, rotation, and accessibility.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch to retail stores, adhering to strict timelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and trolleys safely and responsibly (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with comprehensive stocktaking procedures.
- Promptly report any discrepancies, damages, or potential safety hazards to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist with loading outgoing delivery vehicles and ensure all associated documentation is complete and accurate.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and documentation.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for counting stock, reading labels, and completing forms.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid driver's license (Code B/8) if required for specific on-site tasks.
