Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications, preparing them for shipment.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficient space utilization.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Perform quality checks on products and materials to identify any damages or defects.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
