Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists and inspecting for damages.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified instructions and deadlines.
- Prepare items for shipping, including labeling, weighing, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or reach trucks (certification preferred, but training may be provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize warehouse processes and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

- Forklift operation certification or prior experience.
