Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and accessible manner.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and responsibly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and other vehicles.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required, including waste disposal and facility maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and improve processes.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report issues promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg) regularly.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical stamina and endurance.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a warehouse or logistics environment.
