Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products efficiently.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely (training provided if needed).
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management and control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or issues with inventory or equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Utilize scanning and warehouse management systems to track inventory movement.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels, counting, and recording data.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods during shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
