Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products efficiently.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely (training provided if needed).
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management and control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company standards.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or issues with inventory or equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
  • Utilize scanning and warehouse management systems to track inventory movement.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels, counting, and recording data.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods during shifts.
  • Commitment to following safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment (certification preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles or systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced setting.
