Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and accurately stock incoming products and materials, verifying counts against invoices.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency according to customer specifications and shipping deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided, if applicable).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and participate in quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, weighing, and staging for transport.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
