Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Efficiently sort, organize, and store items in designated warehouse locations, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Execute order picking with precision, retrieving products from stock based on picking lists for customer orders.
- Expertly package a wide variety of goods, ensuring they are securely and appropriately protected for transit to prevent damage.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for outgoing shipments, including delivery notes, invoices, and waybills.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of all items.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and data entry into the warehouse management system.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and trolleys safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the logistics, sales, and customer service teams to coordinate timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
- Report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety concerns to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
